Mode of administration:
On training days: As a food supplement, mix 1 scoop of powder (10 g) in a shaker with 250-300 ml of water and administer 1 portion before and 1 portion after training. 1 portion can also be administered during training. On break days, administer 1 portion in the morning before the meal.
